Fund Raising

Over break, I spent a great deal of time fundraising. I went door to door in my neighborhood to collect pop cans and that really delivered. I collected roughly $260 worth of cans. My mom is selling cheesecakes to help raise some money and has made $40 there. I also received a donation of $250 from someone. So, in total, I've already raised $550 toward Ocean City! This is before sending out any support letters. I feel so blessed to have a family that supports me and wants to help me raise the $3600 that I need for this trip. Thank you for all your support, both financially and prayerfully, it really means a lot.

The first few letters have come back and I have received another $1350! Thank you all for your your support! I will be sending all of you thank you notes as soon as I can for I cannot thank you enough for what you are doing.

Thank you everyone! As of today (March 27th, 2013) I have had a total of $1745 dollars come in! I would not have gotten anywhere close without all of your support. I am almost half way there and it's not even been a month! So, thank you again and God bless.

Thank you everyone who has donated and helped me with my trip! I really appreciate everything that you have done and really look forward to spending time with God this summer. Keep praying for me that I will be able to find a job and have an open heart to God. I want to have a special shout-out to my mom for selling cheesecakes and raising me almost $1000! She has been a huge blessing in my life and I thank God for providing me with such a wonderful mother.
